The Wang Lab is hiring a Research Assistant in Data Analysis to support cardiovascular ‘Omics’ research. This role focuses on analyzing RNA-sequencing and other high-dimensional datasets using established pipelines, with opportunities to develop new analysis tools. Candidates should have prior experience working independently with RNA-seq workflows and be comfortable generating publication-quality data visuals. Self-motivated candidates will have opportunities to work in close collaboration with scientists and industry partners to explore clinically relevant questions in cardiovascular disease.
